How To Work With Us
Three Steps To A Quote
01
Send What You Have
A print, a casting number, photos, or the worn part itself. No print is fine — reverse engineering is standard here.
02
We Quote Straight
Scope, lead time, and price within one business day. If a rebuild beats a replacement, we tell you.
03
We Make It & Ship It
Machined, inspected, and crated with certs. Rush slots stay open for mills that are down.
Questions
Service FAQ
Do you take work outside Raymond mills?
Yes. Raymond mill parts are our specialty, but the shop runs general contract machining and heavy fabrication for cement, paper, lime, aggregate, foundry, and power customers. If it fits the envelope, we can make it.
What is your largest capacity?
Turning to Ø36 in., milling on a 48 × 24 in. bed, surface grinding to 60 in., fabrication to 10 ft, and dynamic balancing to 2,000 lb. Call us with anything near the edge of that — we often find a way.
Can you work from a sample instead of a print?
That is most of what we do. Send the worn part and we measure, model, and reproduce it to original spec — and you get the print.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. We hold rush capacity for plants with a mill down. Call the number above rather than emailing so we can slot it immediately.
What documentation ships with the work?
Material certifications, hardness results, dimensional inspection reports, and — where applicable — a dynamic balance report. Traceability back to the heat is standard.
